| | | I have also found that Hapkido is a great way to relieve stress and reduce the tensions that build up during the week. Teaching instils in me a calm, an inner peace that I do not seem to get elsewhere. Our classes are two hours long and are generally a mix of effective street defence and more traditional hapkido.
Students need to have self-discipline and show control as the techniques in Hapkido can cause serious injury. |
