Both Mixed and Ladies 'only' gyms available. Separate Saunas are also available in both the ladies & gents changing areas. As well as a wide range of fitness classes and regimes, The Power Station Gym provide a Beauty Salon and Natural Therapy room. There is no joining fee and membership is only required for use of the gym facilities.
